Items are the public-domain IPIP Big-Five Factor Markers (50) by Lewis R. Goldberg (1992), via the International Personality Item Pool (ipip.ori.org). Responses are scored on a 1–5 Likert scale ("Very Inaccurate" → "Very Accurate"), reversing negatively keyed items. Results are informational only—do not use for hiring or clinical decisions.
